Job description:

Not Another Goal, A Consulting Company is seeking an experienced marketing growth manager whose primary responsibilities are to increase conversion rates and work cross-functionally to collaborate on new initiatives stimulating organizational growth. The marketing growth manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing innovative marketing strategies to achieve Not Another Goal’s strategic objectives.

 

Main Responsibilities

●      Develop, implement and manage marketing growth strategies to support NAG’s annual revenue goals

●      Report, recommend and iterate on campaigns to drive ROI and conversion rates of sales leads

●      Identify opportunities, threats and challenges within industry and adapt accordingly based on current trends and risks

●      Manage all social media platforms and drive content creation

●      Analyze data to monitor performance of campaigns and identify areas of opportunity to optimize and improve results

●      Drive team understanding of the business benefits of strategies and connect the strategy to broader organizational objectives

●      Responsible for creating a positive team working environment

 

Basic Qualifications

●      3+ years of growth marketing experience

●      Strong growth track record, with samples and results from past campaigns

●      Proficient with analytics

●      A degree in marketing, business management or other related field

●      Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Google Analytics, Photoshop, Mailchimp, Hootsuite (or other Social Media Management Systems)

●      Excellent judgment and decision-making, critical thinking and problem-solving skills

●      Demonstrate ability of communication and influencing skills at all levels, including with client organization

●      Demonstrate financial acumen to controls costs in terms of expenses and overall business impacts

●      Strong relationship management skills, internally with project team members and business partners as well as externally with strategic partners

●      Experience leading cross-functional teams

●      Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights

●      Strong oral and written communication skills

●      Quick learner with the ability to absorb and synthesize extensive information about our clients’ needs, history, and developmental opportunities

●      Self-starter and highly motivated

 

Preferred Qualifications

●      PMP Certification
