These new members, Alicia Williams, Crystal Foote, and Charlene Polite Corley, bring a wealth of expertise, passion, and commitment to the organization's mission.
Alicia Williams, Vice President and Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) at Saks, joins Color Vision with a stellar background in shaping and advancing DEI initiatives. With a Doctoral degree in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California, Alicia has been a trailblazer in leading DEI efforts at top financial institutions such as Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan Chase. Luxury Daily named her a Luxury Woman to Watch in 2023, and Savoy Magazine recognized her as one of the 2023 Most Influential Executives in Diversity & Inclusion. Alicia's extensive experience and commitment to equity make her an invaluable addition to Color Vision.
Crystal Foote, the visionary founder of Digital Culture Group, brings her innovative spirit to Color Vision. As the sole woman-owned and black-owned advertising technology company in her field, Crystal has championed inclusivity and innovation for Fortune 500 brands and major advertising holding companies. Her dedication to positive social impact, influenced by her family history, aligns perfectly with Color Vision's mission. Crystal's role as a leader in the digital marketing and advertising technology sector adds a unique perspective to Color Vision's Advisory Board.
Charlene Polite Corley, Vice President, Diverse Insights & Partnerships at Nielsen, is a passionate advocate for representation in media. Charlene's research and thought leadership focus on amplifying the power and influence of Black audiences, showcasing media trends among historically excluded communities, and supporting both the moral and business case for representation. With a BS and MBA from Florida A&M University, Charlene's expertise in inclusive content practices makes her a valuable asset to Color Vision.
