Criteria for Applicants to the 2024 Color Vision Mentorship Program:

- Applicants should be in the first five years of their career in the creative sector or the first six years of their business in any industry.

- Demonstrated commitment and passion for their respective fields.

2. **Identity:**

- Applicants must identify as women of color.

- Open to individuals from diverse backgrounds and ethnicities within the category of women of color.

3. **Aspiration and Commitment:**

- Clearly articulate their career goals and aspirations.

- Demonstrate a strong commitment to personal and professional development.

4. **Creativity and Innovation:**

- Showcase a track record of creativity, innovation, or unique contributions within their field.

5. **Openness to Guidance:**

- Exhibit a willingness to learn and be receptive to guidance from mentors.

- Ability to integrate feedback and apply insights to their professional journey.

6. **Diversity and Inclusion Values:**

- Showcase a commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion within their respective industries.

- Demonstrate how they actively contribute to creating inclusive environments.

7. **Communication Skills:**

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to express thoughts and ideas clearly.
