Our events provide opportunities for networking, growth, and collaboration. We are seeking a goal-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to assist with our upcoming event in Houston, Texas.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support Color Vision with the planning and execution of our event in Houston from November 13-15, 2024. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced environments. You will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to event coordination, logistics, and participant support to ensure the event runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating event logistics, including set-up, registration, and teardown.

• Provide on-site support to the Color Vision team and attendees, ensuring a seamless event experience.

• Manage communication with vendors, sponsors, and event participants as needed.

• Track and report on event timelines, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule.

• Support post-event wrap-up, including feedback collection and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in event coordination or project management.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changes.

• Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.

• Available to work on-site in Houston, Texas from November 13-15, 2024.
