Established by Mia Davis in 2017, Color Vision is s a woman-led empowerment organization with a mission to improve fairness and equity in creative industries. The organization’s aim is to support women of color with training, mentorship and resources to gain access to equal opportunities in employment, business, and higher education.

We’re hiring for spring and summer interns now! The internships include a paid stipend with opportunities to expand your resume and portfolio.

• The Marketing, Communications & Events Team is seeking a detail-oriented intern to assist with the organizations’s social media and events, as well as other projects associated with broader marketing needs of the Firm

• Assist with the sourcing of relevant daily posts

• Manage scheduling across channels

• Generating reports to analyze social media activity

• Assist with Email newsletters

• Support conferences and event program coordination, including location research, logistics management, content preparation, attendee coordination and post-event analytics
