MTV is Looking for a Talent Producer

MTV’s Talent and Series Development team is looking for a strong casting producer with at least 5+ years of experience in docu-casting for successful docu-series and/or development projects.

Candidate must be proficient in research & outreach, on camera interviews, and able to edit their own tapes and pitch. Ideally this individual will have experience casting millennials/gen-z, and identifying strong characters with good story. This position can lead to something long term.
