TEAM LEADER (Actual title commensurate with experience)Accountability for overseeing the process of creating a full episode of Red Table Talk with minimal supervision.PRODUCTION SKILLS:*Ability to see the “big picture” of a show idea and the multiple layers involved in producing a topic or story or guest.* Exemplifies resourceful booking skills and handling of guests.*Strong ability to write and edit tape pieces for a show with moderate revisions.*Ability to write creative show scripts, intros, etc with moderate revisions.*Consistently submits multiple show ideas -- creative and original.*Ensure all show content is cleared and suitable for air with the legal department.*Responsible for making sure all guests have suitable substantiation before they are booked on the show; make sure all guests are appropriate for RTT.*Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task.COMMUNICATION:*Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with respect and professionalism to many different departments.*Communicates primary creative content, and cost information to supervisor.*Does not engage in destructive communication behavior (i.e. gossiping)*Has a “can-do” spirit and is always willing to help out.*Consistently demonstrates solution driven communication.*Ability to effectively communicate all production needs of a show to the director, and/or executive producers.
