Apply to be a 2023 Color Vision Mentee

Color Vision’s mentorship program has been developed and designed by the organization’s advisory board to foster knowledge and connection through learning partnerships. The goal of the mentorship program is to help creative women of color take a proactive role in career development by providing opportunities to get involved in valuable one on one mentoring partnerships.

The mentor program will take place over the course of Nine Months (April 2023-December 2023).

Mentee Requirements

• Must be a recent college graduate (graduating between 2017-2022) or within five years of starting your career

• Must be looking to grow in a creative field/and or business.

• Must be able to commit to meeting with your mentor once a month virtually and able to respond to bi-weekly check ins via email

• Must be serious about taking a proactive role developing your career and/or business
