Who Inspires you? I am most inspired by my late aunt, Karen, who managed to obtain three degrees during her lifetime. Though my aunt had not been a traditional college student, she emphasized the importance of exceeding the standards that have been set for us as Black women in a society that is primarily controlled by the white male patriarchy.

What career field do you hope to enter and grow in upon graduation? Upon graduation, I hope to continue my education at one of the Top 50 law schools in the country, and go on to attain my aspirations of becoming a Civil Rights attorney. In this field, I will work to combat both racial and gender inequalities as they occur throughout the nation; especially those that disproportionately affect black and brown communities.

What's one major thing you hope to accomplish in life? My biggest goal in life is to develop an America in which no individual is assaulted, harassed, or discriminated against because of their gender, sexuality, culture, or race. I hope to have the ability to act as a leading figure in the fight for equality for all.
