Before you begin the hustle and bustle of your day, take 15 minutes to reflect on the things you are grateful for. Great ways to make note of them would be in the “notes” section of your phone or even in a journal you dedicate to all the positive things life has granted you. Starting your day on a positive note will more than likely help you remember the good than to dwell on the bad when things hit the fan throughout your day. 

Workout

Engaging in at least 30 minutes of exercise at the beginning of your day will aid you in making healthier decisions throughout the day. According to healthline.com , there are 7 benefits to working out in the morning.
