Marketing Veteran Charisse Hughes Joins Kellogg

With over 25 years of experience in the CPG and luxury goods sectors, Charisse Hughes is now taking her talents to Kellogg as the senior VP and global CMO as of September 21st. Hughes previously worked at Pandora Americas where she helped drive the brand’s strategic expansion into 17 markets in Latin America and reimagined jewelry through omnichannel models. As a Howard University graduate she began her marketing career working with Sara Lee and oversaw brands such as Ralph Lauren Intimates and Playtex apparel. In the past 18 years she has held managerial and executive positions for luxury brands and goods like Avon and Pandora. She will build out a global strategy for the company’s snack and cereal brands in addition to their latest entries in the meat realm according to a Kellogg’s spokesperson.

“Her expertise in digital and ecommerce will help us integrate digital into our marketing capabilities in an even more seamless way,” they said.

Hughes continues to grow her leadership skills as a graduate of Northwestern University’s School of Management and serving as an executive mentor for Adweek;s DEI leadership program. We’re looking forward to seeing how Hughes will continue to shape and adapt the Kellogg brands in the future.
