Leadership Development Program and Internship (AT&T)

AT&T’s Leadership Development Program is nationally recognized as a top-tier rotational program for students finishing their graduate degrees.  The program gives you the tools to take charge across customized job rotations at AT&T Inc, AT&T Communications, Warner Media, AT&T Latin America, Xandr and more. The Internship program is a 10 to 12-week summer program where you’ll have exposure, influence and opportunity in entertainment, technology and communications.

Morgan Stanley: Professional Development Series Junior Multicultural Talent

The inaugural Multicultural Professional Development Series provides African-American and Hispanic Analysts and Associates hired within the past 12 months with engaging professional development sessions and interactions with senior leaders that will focus on four key areas—careers, commercial thinking, relationships and communications skills—that are integral to starting their careers at Morgan Stanley on the right track.

NBC Universal Entertainment & Lifestyle Group

The Production Associates Program for the Entertainment & Lifestyle Group is designed to give top diverse talent real-world production experience. Production Associates will be exposed to the fast-pace, high energy environment of an unscripted show. You will get a chance to build your network and learn the different functions behind-the-camera.

The Simon & Schuster Associates Program

Is a 12-18-month entry-level rotational program and a cornerstone of our commitment to promoting Diversity within the publishing industry. Simon & Schuster Associates have the opportunity to work closely with either the Adult or Children’s divisions which will offer unique opportunities for individual guidance and mentoring. The Associate will have the opportunity to participate in the following departments:

HubSpot Leadership Rotational Program

This two-year program is an accelerated path to marketing leadership. The full-time position rotates through three different roles, for eight months each, starting in Technical Support followed by two rotations in Marketing. Not to mention, all participants have the opportunity to work in one of HubSpot’s international offices. 

Entry Level Business Development Trainee (Reynolds and Reynolds)

As an Entry Level Business Development Trainee, you will enroll in our 12-month training paid program. This program is comprised of both field based and classroom style training. The classroom training is located a tour award winning Reynolds University in Dayton, OH. Every month you will travel to Dayton for 1-2 weeks of courses covering a variety of topics, including dealership operations, sales techniques, and negotiation skills.

Junior Producer Trainee: The lab

It’s a three-year paid program where we’ll mentor the next generation of producers. Producers at the lab own client relationships and projects from start to finish. This program will train you in the variety of skills required for the role, such as project management, client services, and more. From print, digital, and video to creative and web development, you’ll become well-versed in all our departments and disciplines, helping to unite our diverse staff, represent our company, and execute world-class work.

The NBC Page Program

The NBCUniversal Page Program is the premier early career development experience in media for college graduates eager to begin a career in this industry. Throughout this 12-month rotational learning and development experience, Pages gain exposure to various areas of the NBCUniversal portfolio, acquiring skills, knowledge and hands-on work experience.  During their year in the program, Pages complete 3 to 4 full-time rotational assignments while always serving as NBCUniversal company ambassadors. At the end of their experience, Pages graduate as well-rounded, future media leaders.

Social Media Editor T3 Trainee (Turner Sports)

The Turner Trainee Team (T3) program is designed for recent college graduates who have a driving desire to succeed in the media industry. Trainees will be selected to receive a hands-on learning experience for 11 months in Turner's leading divisions. All T3's must be no more than 2 years post-graduation with a bachelor's degree from an accredited university. This program is paid, with benefits. Full-time employment is not guaranteed at the end of the program.
