10+ Therapeutic Resources To Deal With Election Anxiety & Stress Curated by Black Women Owned

This week has been hard and it’s only Wednesday. In efforts to help alleviate the stress and anxiety, I tweeted asking for links to breathwork, yoga and meditation sessions.

The response was overwhelming and beautiful. The amount of classes and resources provided have already helped people find the safe and healthy outlets they need during this time.
