Event Recap: Color Vision & Black Girls Vote Host Dope Black Girls Brunch CBC Edition
It was an afternoon to remember this past Sunday at The Hamilton Restaurant in D.C. as over 100 women gathered for Dope Black Girls Brunch CBC Edition presented by Color Vision & Black Girls Vote.
The brunch, awards reception, and panel discussion was held in celebration of Congressional Black Caucus Week, honoring black women who are changing the world.. During the event, we honored activist Brittany Packnett, State’s Attorney General Marilyn Mosby, Collective Pac founder Stefanie Brown James and Political Analyst Dr. Wendy Osefo.
Mosby and Brown discussed their journeys, dropped gems for the audience and gave tons of great advice to the audience full of women from all walks of life. A special thanks to Avion, Smoothie King, Carroll School of Dance, Sidelined Books/Bianca Williams & Honest Tea for sponsoring the event.
