Established by Mia Davis in 2018, Color Vision is a woman-led empowerment organization with a mission to improve fairness and equity in creative industries. The organization’s aim is to support women of color with training, mentorship, and resources to gain access to equal opportunities in employment, business, and higher education. Color Vision also serves as a platform that prioritizes mental health and wellness, recognizing the importance of holistic support in personal and professional growth.
